Established in 1973, we are a purpose-built, fully equipped small animal hospital located in North Shields. Our practice is easily accessible, has disabled access and there is free parking on The Chase and a parking meter on Spring Terrace, both a couple minutes' walk away.
Alongside our hospital’s facilities and specialist equipment, our friendly and experienced veterinary team provide the highest quality of veterinary care, surgery and treatment – along with regular check-ups and routine procedures.
We strive to provide the very best animal care 24-hours a day whilst being welcoming, approachable and compassionate. Our main priorities include ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our patients, clients and team, building professionally enhanced natural rapport and maintaining respect and empathy for all our clients.
Outside our opening hours, our own dedicated team of vets and nurses are on call 24 hours a day to provide your pets with a reliable emergency service. Please call the practice, who will advise you what to do next.
Our caring team are available to provide free telephone advice in the event that you feel that your pet may need urgent care, and they will provide you with an emergency consultation at the Out of Hours clinic if your pet needs to be seen.
We are also utilizing the out-of-hours services at Alnorthumbria Veterinary Group - Alnwick on an ad-hoc basis.
